Before requesting a transfer, the new user must already be invited (and have accepted their invitation) to be an account administrator.
Requesting a transfer of ownership can only be made by the current account owner. If the owner is no longer available, you may open a support ticket and we will need to verify the account information.
Please include the following information:
- Name and email address of the current administrator looking to relinquish ownership.
- Name and email address of the user that will be taking over ownership.
- If the current owner is no longer available, you will also need to provide the current billing information of the account. (Last 4 digits of the credit card on file and the billing zip code)
