Email Aliases Explained

As part of the Custom Domain and White Label feature, you can enter a custom email alias that will be used when Onehub notifications are sent to your users. The email chosen should be an existing and deliverable email address. All automatic notifications sent by Onehub use your custom email alias.

Invitations to Workspaces, Folders, and Files are still sent on behalf of the sender's primary email address and are not included with the custom email alias. This helps to ensure that invitations for new users are less likely to be caught in SPAM filters.

You can find this feature in your Account tab under the Custom Domain and White Label option.
